Roles & Responsibilities: - The Candidate should have held P&amp;L responsibility on the Home Delivery operation covering the Operations/ category management - He should have handled the responsibility of setting up of new Ecom business from the planning to execution stage - He should have handled the new city launch and also the customer acquisition process - Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence - Conduct promotional events / marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase user base - Should be accountable for the Revenue and profitability of the vertical - Should have handled the operation of Home Delivery through Hub &amp; Spoke model to optimise the cost of delivery - Should have handled CRM - Exposure to supply chain management to optimise the logistics costs - To ensure on time delivery to customers &amp; best service level to the customers - Should be able to carry out Innovative marketing &amp; promotional activities for new customer acquisition - Exposure to HoReCa &amp; B2B business model to expand business horizon - The incumbent should by all means be a go getter, somebody who has the knack to set up businesses from scratch, is entrepreneurial in nature and mindset.
