Job description

Lead the team of Construction QHSE. Provide necessary CONSTQHSE related support for bid/proposal related activities. Provide support to all site CONSTQHSE personnel for Field activities, to perform according to Owners/ Contractual requirement, Quality & HSE standards and procedures, promote all preventive and corrective action as required. Maintain Quality & HSE systems. Enensure compliance with the Project Quality & HSE Plan, Develop Quality & HSE Plan. Periodically audit Quality & HSE System at site and final Construction Quality & HSE Documentation as per Project Quality & HSE Plan / Contractual obligations.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

1. Develop & necessary CONSTQHSE related document(s) & support require for proposal related activities

2. Develop & review Site Quality & HSE Plan and required procedures & any revisions deemed if necessary for the project(s).

3. Provide necessary CONSTQHSE related support & guidelines to construction division at office & site.

4. Provide necessary support to site for implementation of Quality & HSE Management System in line with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements.

5. Monitor CONSTQHSE objectives & performance.

6. Conduct periodic CONSTQHSE Audit at field.
