Our client is an Early-stage B2B Tech company that helps SAAS companies scale their business exponentially. The company is Series A funded and has the strongest Leadership team within SAAS and a Talent Density that most SAAS orgs would envy.
They have a remote work policy.
Role and Responsibilities : -
1. GTM Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, product development, and customer success.
2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine GTM strategies.
3. Customer Segmentation:
- Define and segment target customer personas to tailor marketing and sales approaches.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create personalized and effective messaging.
4. Demand Generation:
- Lead the development and execution of demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and lead acquisition.
- Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics to generate and nurture leads.
5. Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide the necessary tools and resources for success.
- Develop training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team in executing GTM strategies.
6. Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of marketing and sales activities.
The Successful Applicant : -
- Strong educational pedigree - IIT+IIM background or similar
- Proven experience in a similar GTM or growth-focused role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in the marketing and sales stack.
