Head - Growth & Strategy/B2B Business Development (US, Middle East & SEA site)

Responsibilities :

- Own, supervise, and administer Company's growth strategy US market

- Explore potential market opportunities with contributive actions and strategic decisions:

- Laying base and building Company's US, Middle East & SEA site from scratch

- Map out comprehensive CAQ plan and approach in new regions and astutely Farm the accounts once onboard

- Work closely with respective Regional Marketing, Branding, Country Heads in molding the Company brand story in existing and new markets. Invest in new initiatives to embolden the company's position and equity.

- Act as the sole Revenue and P&L administrator across regions of operation

- Be driven by defined, region-specific OKRs in correlation with your reporting teams

- Render strategic proposals on Consulting towards logos partnerships and added initiatives

The base of operation: Bangalore, India

Expected Travel: Interdisciplinary nature of the role entails frequent travel across regions

Key Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new clients

- Management of clients from the sales pitch till the delivery is complete

- Make growth/sales strategies

- Represent Company at networking events

Expected Qualifications :

- B2B sales experience

- Experience with networking based sales

- Candidates with already existing contacts in the VC/Startup CXO community will be a bonus

Expectations :

- Strong communication skills

- Strong persuasion skills

- Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem

- Good analytical skill
