We are looking for a growth hacker who has strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels. Someone who has proven capability of driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing in an online commerce environment. The ideal candidate would have out-of-the-box-thinking, experience in setting- up from scratch, online marketing for a product company. Must have proven ability to derive actionable insights from a lot of data.

- Innovate new Strategies, Business use cases to optimise Lead Conversion Funnel, Coordinate between Product, Marketing, Content, and Support & Sales teams to drive better Lead Conversions

- Plan Prospect Lifecycle; touch points to improve user brand interaction experience

- Spearhead Digital Account Opening Process - New channel of Account opening

- Innovate Short term & Long term Growth Strategies to multiply 10X vertical growth

- Work closely with the Leadership team, to ideate on strategies to achieve business goals

- Drive Alliances & Partnerships to increase customer Acquisitions

- Reduce Customer attrition, revamp customer retention process
