Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall sales growth & margins
- Layout overall growth objectives & break them down by country, channel, products, target customers, etc
- Refine customer targeting model by segment & create newer business models
- Seek & build new partnerships (B2B, stores/chains including online, brand), sales channels, marketing programs
- Work on marketing initiatives, own marketing ROI
- Work with product development to refine product pipeline ideas
- Define & own step-wise metrics, dashboards, mechanism to populate & regular analytics
- Coordinate internally as required to achieve goals
Qualifications/experience :
- Excited about the kids play space
- Excited about working with a real product
- Very strong analytical ability & good collaboration skills
- Prior marketing/product/growth/strategy experience preferred
- Preferably engineering degree & MBA from tier 1 colleges
- Relevant start-up experience a plus
- Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint etc
