Our Bangalore based client is India's largest procurement platform for the hospitality industry. It brings together all online and offline hotel industry suppliers making purchases faster, convenient and cost efficient.

Founded in 2019 by VIT alumni, this B2B marketplace works with the bottomline of hotels thereby helping them boost their profits by at least 20%. It has already empowered over 1000 hotels including ITC Hotels, Radisson and Taj.

This platform is disrupting the hospitality sector by leveraging the power of omnichannel procurement.

As a Head of Growth & Revenue, you will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDR's across enterprise and mid-market sales.

What you will do:

- Owning all plans and strategies for new business development and achieving the company's growth and revenue goals

- Building process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion

- Evangelizing the product and personally helping close largest deals

- Working collaboratively across teams - including Tech, Procurement and Ops

- Establishing the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

- Providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

- Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

- Building and managing an efficient and effective team across India

What you need to have:

- 4+ years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota

- Good understanding of the B2B market, with connects in the industry

- Experience scaling startups

- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

- Ability to strategize and think differently in order to enter new markets and categories

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Strong leadership and team building skills
