- Develop, implement, monitor a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and annual sales along with smooth execution of marketing campaigns and launches in line with the budget
- Continue to strengthen the brand's unique and compelling image, personality, and voice to build the category
- Strengthen the current e-commerce, Ambassador network, retailers, and D2C arm of the brand to drive business growth while developing newer channels, if required
- Liaison with key stakeholders at Amazon, Flipkart and other key channels to drive exceptional brand growth on these platforms
- Mobilize execution teams to implement the ideas/strategy as discussed and primarily - get-things-done
- Contribute to the executive leadership of the overall business as an active member of the core executive team.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR activities
- Be hand-on on marketing and business metrics and be data oriented with decision making
- Work cross-functionally with product managers and customer service team to make sure all Initiatives can be and are delivered with high level of quality and efficiency
