- Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies
- Target leads and beyond by identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, content, email and more.
- Calculate CAC & LTV and optimize campaigns for profitable unit economics.
- Responsible for digital marketing strategy optimizing digital touchpoints to acquire, engage, and convert; constantly optimizing to maximize return on marketing investment.
- Uncover creative, non-traditional and new methods of acquiring users.
- Build and execute brand and competitive positioning strategy.
- Test and implement offline marketing campaigns
- Build, lead and recruit the growth team.
- Devise and execute strategy to scale beyond London and broaden the customer base
- Candidates with 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Belong to the gaming/e-commerce/internet industry
- Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics
- We will look at candidates from Strategy Consulting background
- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
