Head - Growth - K-12 Schools

We are executing a leadership role of Head- Growth & Scale with one of the leading Chain of K-12 Schools in India.

The KRA's would be:

- Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, and leading collaborative teams.

- Successful execution of cookie-cutter strategy to achieve 100+ new K12 schools annually.

- Desire Function Exposure- Supply chain management, Business Operations, Scaling up process.

The desirable would be:

- 10+ years exp. with retail, Hospitality (Large format store) or education sector.

- Proven leadership skills, sound process understanding, strong strategic and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's/Master's in Business or Marketing.

- Skillset - Supply chain, logistic, procurement, business administration, operations management, network expansion etc.
