Responsibility
- Improve In-app CTR for product promotion and marketing campaigns
- Drive Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue metrics and apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) hacks
- Create contextual content for extended user journey for various channels such as FB, GlowRoad app, emails, Ad copy, Video Scripts, etc.
Required Qualification :
- He/She should have a great understanding of customer (users) needs (product guy). Essentially worked in a e-commerce firm preferably in fashion industry.
- 3-5 yrs of proven experience in user acquisition, engagement and app downloads. Have lead a team and mentored 2-3 members.
- Build detailed road-maps for each channel outlining initiatives and milestones to scale them.
- Worked with engineering teams to leverage technology to build sustainable competitive advantage over other competitors.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition (search, programmatic, content) tactics and best practices, including leveraging customer insights to drive growth
- Experience building in-house tools a plus.
- In-depth experience with Google and Facebook advertising products.
- Data Driven, Innovative and Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions including experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
