The Software Startup Companyis looking to expand the team with like-minded professionals who can team up to build an innovative software product company. You would be responsible for the growth of the company and will be leading the marketing and sales. You will be working with our company's Founder and CEO to develop and execute marketing and sales for the company. Responsibilities : - Marketing: Build brand awareness and visibility through customer webinars/podcasts, online press releases, social media, including industry-specific articles on blogs and other relevant mediums. - Sales: End-to-end cycle of sales management, including demand-generation, pipeline management, sales process, demo, pilots, customer negotiations and deal-closures. - Customer management: Managing key customer relationships, developing multiple channels, optimizing omnichannel sales through a mix of online and offline sales. - Execution: Work with agencies and in-house teams to operationalize the marketing and demand- generation efforts. - Team management: Hire and manage a team of growth hackers to meet the marketing and sales targets for the company. - Business partner: Learn the domain and critical drivers for Growth for the company; partner with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver the expected results. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Growth hacking across all pillars with a focus on digital marketing, branding, customer relationship and sales - Curiosity to learn, ambition to progress, creativity to innovate, and the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve unprecedented success - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern - Sound knowledge and hands-on experience revenue generation - Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute - MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ENTERPRISE SALES _ PERSON WHO HAS WORKED AS FOUNDER/CO-FOUNDER/WORKED VERY CLOSELY WITH FOUNDERS - SAAS based product sales Work policy : Being in an early startup, the candidate will be working closely and along with the leadership team and can potentially learn and grow exponentially. We are working from the office for the most critical teams and tasks and hence expect the candidate to work from office. Further, we are taking all precautions and safety measures while returning to the office, and we will be compliant with all applicable government regulations regarding the work policy. The candidate should be excited to put in hard work and be open to fast learning and taking responsibilities. Of course, the rewards are Growth and ESOPs (wealth generation in the long-term, being an early employee in a startup). Salary offered: 30-60LPA
