Head Growth - Digital Strategist/ Online Food Delivery Mumbai

We are looking for a high-energy growth hacker who will pioneer and implement the path to the new customers and beyond. You should be a data driven marketer with a highly creative mind who will stop at nothing until the brand achieves exponential growth.

What you will be doing :

Primary responsibilities would include :

- Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and Iterate growth hacks.

- Use Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Yahoo Answers, Slideshare, Youtube, Pinterest and other social platforms to drive traffic.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth

- Conduct online marketing campaigns and maintain online presence

- Propose creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition

- Define and relentlessly test these initiatives within the product and across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media

- Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the team

- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing

Desired Skills and Experience :

What we need in you :

- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics

- Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies such as Localytics, Optimizely, AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics, ClickTale etc

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing (Mobile Apps product experience is a must)

- Team-focused and highly collaborative but comfortable in driving direction on your own or with little direction
