Job Description
Functional areas - Business Planning, Revenue Forecasting, PnL management, Performance Marketing, CRM & Loyalty, Category Management, D2C Product Management, Data Analytics
- Drive the P&L & revenue of all online distribution channels
- Deliver steep Revenue and Market Share targets with enhanced profitability across product categories
- Perform Strategic Planning and take complete responsibility for the execution of plans
- Responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion
- Own marketing strategy to acquire customers through multiple paid marketing channels
- Drive ROI for marketing spend across channels including, but not limited to, Facebook/ Instagram/ Google/ Amazon Ads
- Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimise upon the existing referral funnels
- Pro-actively plan and participate in all online promotions and big sale days
- Identify and implement the processes, tools, resources, and data needed to drive the projects with defined KPIs and metrics
- Take all relevant business decisions related to online product portfolio, price movements, and participation in marketing sales promotions in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Leading the CRM efforts (across SMS, Emails, Whatsapp etc), building a keen seen of user segmentation & affinity
Preferred qualifications :
- 6+ years of work experience with an ecommerce startup or in growth marketing domain
- Passion for building and appetite for 0-1 journey
- Prior people management experience
- Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies using web analytics
- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
