Head - Growth & Consumer Experience

The Head - Growth and consumer experience will be a key pillar of companies top leadership team and will be responsible for three core areas of the business.

1) Strategy and performance management, Core responsibilities including, but not limited to

a. Growth strategy for different product segments

b. Performance management, incl. P&L responsibility

2) Digitization; product/solution development: Core responsibilities including, but not limited to

a. Digitization of customer journey for each event type to enhance customer experience (discovery, booking, payments) and to increase online revenue

b. New product ideas based on demand-supply and trend analytics

3) Customer experience and service operations management: Core responsibilities including, but not limited to

a. Hiring and mentoring event experience managers to drive revenue and digitization

b. Service centre (call centre) operations management

c. End to End customer experience management

- Building a sustainable, scalable and defensible business

- Problem solving and thought leadership contribution across key functions and decisions

- Hiring and mentoring top team to create a work culture in line with comapnies core values.
