Responsible for revenue growth in Biologicals / Antigen.

- Network Expansion of Hospitals and hence Business growth

- Acquisition of New Franchise Partners

- Market Penetration (Increase market share)

- Bring in newer and innovative ways of growth, expansion and penetration.

- In conjunction with Regional, State as well as City Heads, create Channel strategy and annual channel development plan for the region in line with the company's vision mission and corporate objectives; execute different activities as per plan.

- Ensure the annual plan/s is translated into quarterly milestones and KPIs are defined for network teams within the defined budgetary limits; Monitor the KPI performance during the course of the year

- Gather comprehensive market intelligence through clientele interactions, discussions with the help of field executives or franchisees to develop insights on network expansion; modify and execute channel development strategy as per gathered insights.

- Identify opportunities (through formal and informal forums) for incorporating new partners into increasing network as well as business with existing partners.

- Create the business case for network expansion, considering the multiple factors involved with the projected growth in revenue.

- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, including Group Head - Opns & Strategy, CEO and Co-CEO, Business Process Excellence Team etc. to ensure proper integration of the partner with the company' as per guidelines and policies.

- Periodically monitor the profitability of franchisee partners by performing analysis of revenue and cost attributes; report the same to the Management through dashboards/reports

- Classify partners into different categories (based on profitability) and provide recommendations to the Senior Leader Team as well as the Director with interventions, execute recommendations basis leadership approval.

- Direct the process of effective function performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high level of engagement and a motivated work environment

- Engage and mentor the direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles within the Organisation. Engage with the larger organization's employees to set right expectations, inspire them to provide their best inputs to achieve the desired results

- Promote a culture of excellence and achievement orientation.
