Head - Group Quality/CI/Lean & HSE - Manufacturing

Our Client is a Rs 5,300 Crore Group having 6 lines of business; it has set itself a target of reaching a turnover of Rs 20K Crores and a headcount of 20K, thereby achieving at least Rs 1 Crore per head. In line with this, our Client has been vigorously hiring good talent to drive this growth story.

- Providing leadership in developing and formulating Quality policies and systems for effective and efficient business operation

- Institutionalizing Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts - like Six Sigma, TPM, QCC, Kaizen, 5S etc

- Providing direction for pollution control solutions for plant operations - like ventilation systems, dust extraction systems, ETP, STP etc

- Identifying & Driving HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) strategies, policies & programs for sustainable operations

- Deploying Quality systems and HSE best practices at all units

- Building safety culture across all levels

- Networking with consultants, experts, certification bodies, professional bodies etc

- Liaison with the PCB & Dept of Factories / Fire on Env & OHS clearances and approvals

His accountabilities would cover :

- Env & OHS legal compliance

- Building Quality & CI culture

Ideal candidate would be in the age of 42-to-49, a BE in Mechanical or Chemical with a Diploma in HSE
