Head - Group Governance, Risk & Compliance function
Work Experience:
- Tenure: Minimum 12 years of Post Qualification experience majority in areas of Governance, Risk & compliance (GRC)
- Experience should spread across Indian and/or MNC organizations/ consulting firm (preferably Big4), known for good processes and systems environment.
- Content Areas: Should have expert knowledge of internal audit, risk management, Internal Financial controls, Data analytics, SAP, compliance management, fraud investigations, whistle blow management, Stakeholders management, Corporate governance.
- Should have independently reported to top leadership/ Audit Committee
- Industries: experience of working in Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Trading Cos. & / 'or' Big 4 Consulting Firms
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring end to end Internal Audit for Group entities (selection of firm, scope finalization, quality review, driving the implementation)
- Ensuring timely and effective reporting of ERM, Compliance, IFC & Vigil frameworks
- Undertaking and supervising various investigations
- Ensuring smooth functioning of Group Wide technology solutions and leading adoption of new technologies in all GRC related aspects
- Leading Learning and Development for all GRC team members (including entity GRC teams)
- Leading research & knowledge for all group entities: identifying applicability of new requirements under various laws and driving implementation
- Negotiating & finalisation of various GRC related contracts
- Identification & implementation of best practices across the Group entities and industry
- Leading various cost saving & optimization projects
- Leading various process enhancement projects
- Ensuring comprehensive SOPs for all entities
- Leading various Communication forums for the Group Wide GRC team members
- Organising Group Wide Meets and other team building activities
