Key Responsibilities

- Build the foundations to drive Digital sales and business in line with a fact-based culture ensuring core analytics practices are included into day-to-day business processes.

- Focusing on Mobile Analytics, by getting a profound understanding in our app performance and building insights and reports to understand the customer journey more distinctively and consequently helping in driving customer satisfaction and sales.

- Teaming up with 3rd parties, IT and key stakeholders to create, implement and maintain effective data flow and ensuring end to end customer tracking across various product journeys.

- Devise and execute targeting strategy for digital campaigns based on account segmentation and presenting recommendations to optimize digital and web performance.

- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital programs and campaigns, identifying new capabilities in the upcoming marketing technology tools and platforms.

- Leveraging data from various sources (like BIGQUERY) to identify, design and implement actionable use cases to drive long term goals of customer acquisition and business optimization.
