A Leading Global Telecom player with US $1 Bn turnover needs a Dynamic Talent Acquisition Head reporting to the CHRO.
Responsibilities :
- Overall incharge of crafting recruiting strategy, and its execution through the recruiting team (8-10 team members). This is the position where the buck stops as far as recruiting goes.
- The end objective is to meet the talent requirements (about 800-1000 hires in a year). The hires are in Corporate and also regions consists of sales, sales support personnel, engineers, customer service and support functions.
- The position will also handle senior leadership level hiring mandates as given by management from time to time.
The type of candidate we are looking for :
- 14+ Year of experience of which last few years as recruitment lead in a reputed company, preferably Telecom
- Experience in hiring sales and technical work force. Experience of Telecoms/ Networking solutions industry desirable, but those responsible for IT hiring would fit the bill.
- Experience in building sourcing capability through innovative means - social media, headhunting, brand building activities etc besides using traditional sourcing channels - referral, agencies, campus etc.
- Strong communication, delivery track record.
- Should be able to still across the table with Senior Level Stakeholders.
