We have a opening GM/DGM Sales ( Residential ) for our reputed client in Mumbai (Leading Real Estate Group Company), Candidate should be MBA, having experience around 12 to 25 years in Residential Project Sales.

Position - Head Sales (Residential)

Reporting - Vice President - Sales (Residential)

Qualification - MBA

Exp-12+ Years

Package - Negotiable

Overall Responsibility

1. To manage the entire spectrum Sales of residential portfolio of the company

2. To devise Sales strategies for documentation required & information memoranda on the nitty gritties of the transaction.

3. To establish and ensure performance monitoring system through MIS Report on month to month basis especially achievements of target vis-a-vis budget.

4. To provide USPs for brand building activities to the Marketing Team for each of the projects based on research / survey along with customer / broker interactions.

5. To foster ongoing relationship with Brokers & IPC.

6. To work closely with the Execution / Construction team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.

7. To carry out market research and maintain and appraise the management using primary and secondary data of the research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc..

8. To provide feedback on potential sales & operating issues to the management and provide inputs for product improvement in terms the right configuration, mix & design.
