Head/GM/AVP - Human Resource - Manufacturing - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

- HR Head from Manufacturing or Similar Background with minimum 15 years Experience

- Premium Institutes batch between 1997 to 2003

- Some knowledge of Kannada preferred

- Strong on business acumen and Industry leading HR practices from preferably MNC organisations.

- Experience on Competency Framework, Succession Planning, Stakeholder Management, Organisational Transformation/Culture Change

- Good depth in at least 2 HR COEs

- Excellent Communication skills and Executive Presence

- Shop Floor/IR experience
