Job Description- Head/ GM-Finance & Accounts

Designation: Head/ GM-Finance & Accounts

Experience:- 7+ years

CTC:- Negotiable

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

Reporting to CEO responsible for overall Finance & Accounts department.

Provide strong leadership, analysis and counsel relating to all financial matters of the business.

Supervise day to day accounts and generate the monthly Financial Statements/ and other reports necessitated by the Top Management.

Monitoring & managing cash flow.

Developing & monitoring the Budgets for the company.

Ensuring adherence for all Statutory Compliance like TDS, WCT, Service Tax, Income Tax and VAT etc. Going forward GST.

Taking care of assessments including Income Tax Assessments, service tax and VAT etc. including coordination with various tax departments.

Ensure timely completion of audits (Statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit)

Interacting with the Internal & External Auditors for finalizing the Internal Audit Reports on monthly basis.

Negotiating with the Banks / Financial Institutions for disbursement of various proposals.

Desired candidate profile:

CA qualified with added CS preferred.

Preferably from IT industry

7-10 years- experience

Experience managing entire accounting, finance, compliance and reporting function.

Managing timely & accurately closure of books of accounts and internal reporting.

Preparation and responsible for getting approval of yearly operational plan.

Reviewing and circulating monthly financial reports & forecast.

Ensuring timely computation and payment of statutory liabilities and filing of returns.

Managing the annual Internal, Statutory & Tax Audit.
