Key Areas of Responsibilities :
- Perform Training Needs Analysis for different business and design unique training curriculum for them.
- Collaborate with Business, HR Business Partners and other departments to develop and implement wide training programs from deciding no of programs vs. each business needs/Budget available and scheduling entire calendar, identifying Trainers
- Organise and coordinate multiple events throughout year on globally designed Leadership Development Programs for Senior Leaders in India
- Working in collaboration with POC team WW and Drive L&D Communications for India including Monthly newsletter, marketing of new ECE & MCE Programs
- Perform and analyze monthly training reports for India.
- Plan and drive corporate, as well as CFT training including TTT sessions or developmental initiatives across India.
- Maintain consistency in training experience for employees across India - from registration to evaluations.
- Select and manage Vendors, including Request for Proposals (RFP) and doing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with them.
- Track budget and compliance for Talent & Org Capability Team in India by tracking Actual vs. spend and reviewing quarterly with POC Director and AM
