Job Description - Involves leading an outsourced team of technical support engineers for resolving customer technical issues of moderate complexity in a timely and effective manner using customer service and technical skills. Specialising in high-end, enterprise-level support to provide assistance to customers or channel partners in technical issue identification and resolution.

Client Details

The client is a German-based product company which is a leader in the space of Artificial Intelligence. They are working on an AI platform to enable intelligent IT and business operations automation. They are setting the base for their operations in Bangalore.

Description :

- Identify and facilitate training programs which will improve the product knowledge, technical skills and customer engagement skills of the team members

- Identify and evaluate technology solutions and potential issues

- Handle escalations and deal personally with difficult clients on priority basis while engaging in problem-solving and troubleshooting

- Work extensively with cross-functional teams while diagnosing and addressing application issues

Profile :

- Seasoned Technical Manager with experience in Product Support

- Understanding of running international application support operations

- Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration

- Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software

- Ability to learn and master employer-specific software

- Complex problem-solving abilities & written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to transfer your knowledge to peers or direct reports

- Extraordinary leadership, coaching, and development

- Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making ability

- The ability to plan, execute and deliver multiple projects while staying organized

- Excellent business writing skills

- Bachelors Degree required MBA preferred
