- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
- AI, ML, and Emerging Technologies Hiring:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for roles related to AI, ML, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and skill sets, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team.
Hands-On Recruitment:
- Personally engage in the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
- Utilize your expertise in AI, ML, and emerging technologies to assess and identify top candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Problem Solving:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10-18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on AI, ML, and emerging technologies hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.
- In-depth understanding of the AI and ML industry, with the ability to assess technical skills and capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
