We are looking for for Global Payroll Head for one of the largest multinational Banks based at Bangalore.  Position : Head - Global Payroll Services  Experience : 10+ yrs  Job Location : Bangalore  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Develop payroll strategy and operating model within the context of a rapidly evolving HR Shared Services model and provide tactical direction to the HR Leads across the globe.  - Control oversight of Global Payroll to ensure compliance with all corporate and country-specific policies and procedures.  - Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members in order to optimize operational excellence and create a deeper bench of experienced talent.  - Establishing, building and developing trusted and productive relationships with Business Facing HR in region to ensure the appropriate transition of payroll service delivery to the new model  - Will be accountable for facilitating and developing a global payroll governance procedure to supervise and direct selection of business case projects and payroll vendors.  Prerequisite :  - 10+ yrs of global payroll experience  Target Industry :  - Shared Services, Captives, IT/ITES  - Payroll Expertise  - Human Centre Design experience  - Strategic Direction on Global Payroll  - Proven track record in delivering high quality, compliant Payroll services
