Company: Client is one of the subsidiary of world's top 5 IT services company.
Responsibilities:
- Guidance and solutions regarding immigration, tax and relocation issues; function as the internal consulting resource and central point of contact to management, HR and employees.
- Global Mobility strategy development, policy design, and process improvements.
- Managing vendor relationships with relocation, tax and legal partners, ensuring the performance of these vendors in providing a customer focused approach that is cost-effective and compliant.
- Manage internal functional partnerships with HR Global payroll, Legal, A/P, Tax, Finance
- Implement process for tracking key metrics with focus on continuous improvement; Implements systems and processes to make the Global Mobility program more effective
- Conducting research/surveys and generate metrics that may measure the assignment budget and track exceptions.
- Global Mobility Manual Preparation for Global movement of employees.
- Monitor compliance and governance issues for recordkeeping, auditing and escalation as it applies to Global Mobility
- Responsible for creating and disseminating HR compliance communications and enabling internal HR compliance training Partner with subject matter experts to develop and publish/deliver HR compliance training to HR and, as appropriate, business leaders.
- Maintain current and accurate HR policies including the employee handbook in accordance with changes in legislation
