1. Identifying our key accounts globally and develop account plans across organizations.
2. Coordinating and facilitating customer engagement strategy and monitoring the results.
3. Build long term relationships at all level of customers organization through regular meetings and providing operational support whenever required.
4 .Derive market insights for business growth through meetings and competitive analysis.
5. Working on account specific strategy to have maximum share of customers wallet across all group companies.
6. Understanding customers challenge, terms of quality, service, delivery and working intently to provide best support to key accounts.
7. Keeping informed about customers strategies and any shift thereon.
8. Also keep a close track on any high level structural changes in customers organization.
9. Working towards giving the customer consistent brand experience for all group Companies
