Head - Global Key Accounts | Food Services

This role is with a Food Services Company. The incumbent would lead a team of Account Managers to onboard and manage large global as well as domestic accounts. Prior Business Development / Key Account Management experience in food services / facilities management would be highly preferred.

Key accountabilities are as below :

1. Working with Global Account Managers to onboard the assigned set of large/global accounts Pan India with a headcount of >5000 office staff

2. Working closely with corporate FM, Food Services & Infra Management companies to onboard their existing clients

3. Participate in relevant RFPs and tenders

4. Manage relationship and ensure profitability of such accounts

5. Generating expected revenue from the assigned accounts

6. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

7. Generating additional revenue by using the window of opportunity to sell CPG products

8. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

9. Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

10. Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline

11. Approach potential customers to establish relationships

12. Guide and motivate the team to meet Quarterly and Yearly target
