Head - Global HR operations
Role Purpose :
- Own and Lead end to end process delivery of various Employee life cycle Processes for Colt countries across all Business Division in Europe and Asia
- Lead Key HR Initiatives / projects to improve HR process delivery and drive governance for HR processes
- Work with and Manage stakeholders from 15 Countries for delivery of HR Operations Processes owned/ Managed by him/her
- To provide strong support and ideas to HRIS team for development of HR solutions
- To lead the Global HR operations team and HR contact Centre to delivery best in class HR services within agreed SLA
Key Accountabilities :
Delivering HR services :
- Continuously setting up and standardizing Global HR operations and Services for all Colt branches in Europe and India
- Leading a team of HR operations analysts on delivering set of Global HR operations & services processes for Colt
- Administering and assuring Colts HR Processes across employee lifecycle
- Managing multiple stake holders across BU Segment and regions to support decision making.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements & implementation of all policies in partnership with COE and HR Business Partner
- Ensuring benchmarking & up-gradation of HR processes; automation and rollout of HR systems
- Custodian of HR Records and Audit of processes/data.
- Supporting and advising HR Heads across countries, and Line Managers on HR processes and people issues as a business partner
- Developing implementation plans to support change management initiatives
- Managing team-members and/or significant HR projects
- Management of information systems and HR processes and projects, working within an overall governance framework
- Managing HR information needs to support the HR strategy
- Managing modifications to existing processes to meet changing requirements as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
- Supporting BU HR, Local HR across Colt in HR projects, research and operational activities
- Managing & reporting trend data, standard reports (e.g. headcount reporting, PMS tracking, Span, Rewards tracking) including basic analysis to line management
- Leading and managing quality standards for all the relevant processes.
- Continuously drive the HR Operations team towards improving the HR processes and automating processes and activities to improve over all Employee experience
Lead HR Contact Centre :
- Set up and implement HR contact centre as a single platform to resolve all Hr rated queries for all employees across Colt
- Ensure and deliver best in class services through HR contact Centre maintain the agreed SLA around query resolution
- Lead a team of HR contact centre Analysts to timely resolve and HR contact centre queries and provide HR support across countries
Experience :
- Experienced HR professional with a HR experience of atleast 14-15 Years
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to work in a cross cultural environment
- Strong HR Domain knowledge
- Experience in supporting different HR activities across Employee life cycle
- Requires substantial experience ( + 12 yrs) in HR and broad knowledge of HR practices
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a global environment
- Experience of preparing necessary HR reports like headcount reporting, Remuneration reports, Annual cost, Span, Rewards tracking
- Experience of managing different HR processes across employee life-cycle
- Exposure to employee lifecycle related processes like Employee On-boarding, Leavers process, Promotions etc.
- Prior experience of working in HR operations is preferred

- Exposure to HR ERP / HRIS viz. Oracle, Success factor's HR module
