What's this role about?
Head the overall Global Delivery Operational Excellence of the company across the Industries of Hi-tech and Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Services cutting across LoS of Experience Services, Advanced Engineering Services, Data Engineering and Analytics, Application Services and Foundation Services.
Desired Skills:
- 20+ years of IT experience with an ability to Head Global Delivery Operational Excellence for large P&L organizations interfacing with CXO/BU Heads in a COO / Global Head role
- Strong experience in handling Delivery Head roles for large-scale P&L Practices or Business Units
- Executive Presence to interface with Client Executives and CXO leaders
- Understanding of IT industry delivery service offerings, capabilities and ability to map to client's / company's business strategy to execution needs
- A leader with strong people-centric attitude, creating an environment for proactive skilling and career opportunities
- Ability to collaborate and operate in a matrixed organization. Excellent communication and interaction skills
