Our client is a leading service provider of IT services including Risk solutions and services. They are headquartered in Bangalore with offices across the globe.
Responsible for the global service delivery function for the entire organisation, including:
- Ownership of client service delivery, quality & customer satisfaction
- Delivery team management
- Team development, hiring, cross skilling & retention
- Complete ownership of delivery metrics like revenue, cost of delivery & gross margins
- Service improvements & quality management
- Client relationships and stakeholder management
The role reports to the COO and will need large team management and onsite-offshore delivery model expertise.
