Head - Global C&B and HR Systems Excellence

Total Rewards :

1. Compensation Strategy - Developing and implementing a strategic compensation plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves determining salary structures, pay grades, and ensuring that compensation is competitive within the industry.

2. Benefits Management - the design and administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, benefits policies, wellness initiatives, and other perks that contribute to the overall employee experience.

3. Salary Reviews - Conducting regular salary reviews to ensure that employees are fairly compensated based on their roles, skills, and market trends.

4. Performance incentives / Long term Incentives - Creating performance-based incentive programs, such as bonuses, stock options, or profit-sharing plans, to reward employees for achieving individual and organizational goals.

5. Market Research - Analyzing industry compensation and benefits trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

6. Communication - Effectively communicating the organization's total rewards package to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding.

Systems Excellence:

1. Process Design and conceptualization -Identify areas of opportunity in HR processes and implementing strategies to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and improve the overall effectiveness of HR. Using technology to drive seamless employee experience.

2. Digitization - Leading the implementation and management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to digitize and automate HR processes.

3. Analytics & Reporting - Utilizing data analytics tools to generate insights that inform HR decisions and strategies.

4. Compliance - Ensuring that HR processes and data management practices adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Technology Integration - Collaborating with IT teams to integrate HR systems with other organizational systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Job Specs:

- 7-8 years' experience of C&B and HR Systems & Operations

- Expertise in C&B design and implementation

- Expertise in systems design & improvement

- Expertise in policy design in line with business goals

- Expertise in Indian Payroll compliance & labor laws

- Preferably C&B experience for international markets - UAE, US etc.
