Provide specialist knowledge on developing company's long-term reward strategies, policies and systems to create cost efficiencies and effectiveness. 3. Equip management with insights for future, based on HR analytics and market intelligence. 4. Executive compensation, Reward management, Job evaluation, grading exercises. 5. Global mobility (inbound, outbound expat placement/ compensation) 6. Payroll, compliance Strategic Rewards : - Conceptualization, design and development of reward strategy, policies and processes. - Institutionalize business critical systems and processes. e.g. Global Mobility Programs, Job Analysis and Evaluation, Job Rotation, Talent Retention program. Annual Compensation Review and Market Intelligence : - Lead Annual Compensation Review process across the organization across multiple geographies. Accurate and updated market information availability HR Policy Design &amp; Implementation, Governance and Compliance : - Ensure Policy Update and Design, Compliance around all reward processes and all acts applicable to the establishment across geographies. HR Analysis for all key HR processes - To monitor timely and accurate processing of Payroll &amp; Compliance processes as per mandate
