- Define the strategy and align organizational design and operating model of the future organization  - Further develop the business by creating new ways to elevate work out of the countries and service them from India  - Unleash the potential of newly implemented IT systems including new vendor solutions that drive efficiency in the existing processes  - Lead communication process in Hyderabad and country / regional BPA organizations  - Lead operationally the new structure that is being built according to the new scope  - Establishes appropriate engagement from Regions, Countries and Global Functions and consults to test new ideas and approaches  - Lead the standardization of processes and reporting worldwide to ensure successful transition to India   - Manages and ensures optimal use of team resources to achieve goals and milestones   - Build an effective Talent / People development strategy including career path, skillset definition and integration in overall BPA function  - Develops and establishes metrics and key performance indicators/measures to drive transformation and achieve sustainability of the India CoE  - Operationally drive all operational excellence topics (quality, resource utilization, back-up planning)  Ideal Background  - CA/MBA  - Fluency in English (spoken & written)  - Minimum - 15 years of Finance / BPA experience   - Experience with dealing with Offshoring organizations   - Ideally experience at different levels (Country / Region / Global)  - Strong track record in change management, communications, conception and implementation of strategies  - Strong skills in leading and managing cross-functional projects with significant (visible) business impact.  - Significant experience, and proven ability to effectively engage & manage teams with widely varying backgrounds & functions geographically dispersed   - Strong skills in organizational development and/or project management are desirable  - Ability to influence without authority, strong relationship builder and engaging with cross functional partners  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).   - Action orientated and competitive: make things happen - exhibit a strong will to win and drive change. Take responsibility for decisions and execution.  - Expertise in organisation dynamics and considerable organizational awareness  - Demonstrated success in resource planning and management  - Act as change agent and actively generate and foster creativity and innovation.
