Job Description :

- Implementation of schemes and implementation of primary/secondary and consumer schemes

- Coordinate with the regions to ensure desired sales and coverage of market place.

- To assist the Vice President - Sales in driving excellence in the GT channel to ensure desired depth and width of coverage and quality selling to retailers. To assist the Vice President - Sales in operations like MIS, Specific analysis of MIS and briefing to senior management.

- To ensure manpower planning for each distributor to ensure proper coverage of distributors

- To implement excellence in selling systems thru distributor channel.

- To lead the General Trade function with the objective of achieving top line and bottom line
