Position - GM/ Sr. GM - Supply Chain (Head SCM) Reporting - VP Industry - Manufacturing (Building Material) Location - Mumbai (HO) Day - 5 Days/ Week Major Job Responsibility - 1. Responsible for overall Supply Chain operations, develop budgets/policies/procedures to support functional infrastructure, including Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Selection of Vendors and Distribution. Develop and Implement a strategy to ensure that critical processes are run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Negotiate with vendors to obtain optimal contracts and pricing. Utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends and forecast inventory and distribution requirements. 2. Role integrates the end to end management of planning, purchase and logistics systems, with continuous analysis market trends, utilizing appropriate information systems and big data sources, making decisions based on these analyses, and promoting innovation to support company growth Qualification - BE + MBA (Operations), (Preferably NITIE) Experience - 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Process Industry handling made to store / order products, preferably Building Construction Material Industry Experience in SAP is a must.
