Role & Responsibilities
The company is currently looking for a skilled, proactive, and motivated individual to becoming Head of Sales. The incumbent is to report to the Vice President. In this role, the incumbent is required to :
- Formulation and implementation of aggressive Sales Strategies, in line with Company Vision & Goals, to meet Annual Sales Targets / Sales Budget
- Drive Sales Teams to grow and expand upon the existing business'.
- Business Development, to expand the institutional business in existing & new customers.
- Prepare and present Monthly reporting and Daily snapshots to Senior Management
- Responsible for pricing and business models on the basis of the input from the industry and customers.
- Forge good relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Continuously be on the forefront by observing and analysing market trends, customer challenges & requirements, as well as identify future needs.
Key Deliverables :
- Sales Development, Meeting Sales Targets & Market Share enhancement
- New Business Development
- Sales Team performance

Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in any Engineering Discipline, preferably Mechanical.
- Master Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
Experience
- 12+ years Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Product Development, Costing etc
- Last 3 yrs experience must in Business Development dealing with Automotive OEMs, Automotive Component, Equipment Manufacturing companies. The incumbent should have managed a sales team at a national/regional level with a proven track record of success.
Salary: INR 30 - 35,00,000 pa
