Head Legal (GM level) based at Gurgaon for a reputed eCommerce co.

Qualification : LLB from Good College / University

Job Description :

- Good experience in Vetting, Drafting & Legal documentation.

- Knowledge of Transnational funding, Investors Documents or Contract documents

- Knowledge of Funding related documents/FDI / RBI.

- Should be good analytical.

- Should be able to handle team.

- Handling litigation matters.

- Devising and implementing legal standards, processes, systems and effective procedures that ensures that legal risks are managed appropriately within the business.

- Coordinating and working closely with external counsels, wherever necessary on legal advisory and litigation matters.
