Manufacturer of refined soya bean products, Auto & Engineering, Single-point solution of all plastic molding and assembly have their Head Office located in Indore is one on the lookout of a DGM/GM Accounts & Finance.

A Chartered Accountant at GM/DGM position, with a minimum of 10 years experience in the preferred age group of 40 to 50 years only, to look after Accounts, Statutory Audit, Taxation, MIS, Internal audit matters, etc. A candidate who worked in the manufacturing company will be preferred with Experience of working on the SAP platform

This position will be at the level of DGM/GM to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. DGM/GM's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.

- Proven account management or other relevant experience.

- Bank reconciliation and report making (Daily journal entries).

- Maintaining daily and monthly expense control and report making (Handling vouchers/invoices).

- Well versed with SAP

- GST processes/filing handling. Tally 9

- Preparing Balance Sheets and inventory.

- Monthly sales closing, AR, AP handling, and report making.

- Inward/Outward material and Inventory stock checking/verification.

- Payment follow-up/collection from corporate customers through proper coordination over the phone and emails.

- Accounts / Admin-related documentation/Filing work.

- Managing accounts and junior employees and checking their day-to-day work processes.

- Good in team handling.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Minimum CA

- Deep digital understanding

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

- Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps and help desk support software.
