Head/General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Maintenance - Project Execution

- Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility.

- Resolving design and development problems.

- Managing budgets and project resources.

- Prioritise, plan, schedule assign and supervise the engineering department staff.

- Design and develop BOQ, Technical criteria for vendor selection, LD policies etc

- Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Ensure timely implementation as per prescribed quality norms in case of forward purchase projects

- Ensuring projects are executed across multiple locations within prescribed timelines and cost

- To develop strong intellectual leadership in line with the overall organizational policy of the company.
