Head - Fundraising - NGO

We have been retained by a 10 year old Not for Profit Organization with the main objective of fostering & nurturing active citizenship and democratic values in children across India.

The organization wishes to hire Head- Fundraising as a part of their expansion plans.

The incumbent will be responsible for development and execution of fundraising strategy from scratch including Corporate Fundraising, Individual Fundraising and Institutional Fundraising.

Key Accountabilities :

- Identify strategic funding needs and lead the resource mobilization process, working together with the program teams for raising long term regular funds and non-regular income.

- Outlining the main elements of organizational resource mobilization guidelines, including identification of: the main resource mobilization challenges; set targets; action plan with timelines to implement the Resource Mobilization Strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a Post Management Graduate with strong experience in Relationship Management with Corporates and High Networth Individuals.
