Head - Fund Raising - NBFC

Our client is a NBFC which has seven lines of business - loan against securities, loan against commodities, initial public offer financing, promoter funding, SME financing, Construction financing, MF/ Bonds.

Job Description -

- Will be part of the Group Corporate Finance team responsible to raise funds for the group

- To connect with the PE firms, initiate and close the translations.

- Organize pre IPO placements for different verticals

- Will report to the group CFO and will be supported by 3-4 people
