Challenging opportunity for a debt fund raising role

Client Details :

Our client is one of the well established Microfinance Institution backed by a reputed conglomerate. The NBFC has both secured and unsecured product offerings and are looking to hire a suitable candidate in their Investor Relations role. The company is has a growing set up with businesses in various fields.

Description :

- Managing day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization

- Analyse present cost of funds and work continuously for availing cheaper and newer source of funds - Raising funds by means of various instruments such as Term loans, Securitization, assignment, working capital (fund based and non-fund based), NCDs, Subordinated Debt, Preference Shares and CPs. Liasioning with Banks, Rating Agencies, Trustee companies, and other related parties

- Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management

- Maintaining relationship with Banks and developing new Banking relationships

- Ensure availability of funds for the day-to-day operations and ensuring payment obligations for all funding requirements of internal and external commitments of the Company.

- Ensuring availability of working capital facilities & Project Financing at competitive rates at required time schedules.

- Fund planning, fund management as per the company requirement

Profile :

The successful candidate should have be a CA/MBA with 7 plus years of experience in debt fund raising and instruments like bonds, non convertible debentures, commercial papers etc. He/ She should be from a financial services set up with a strong understanding in working with a NBFC set up. Strong experience in working with a NBFC, Microfinance institution is a strong preference.

The successful candidate should have a strong relationship with banks, rating agencies, microfinance institutions and financial agencies.
