We have opening for Head Fund Raising and Investor Relations with Leading Small Finance Bank.

Education - CA

Location - Bangalore

Job role:

1) Fund Raise

- Handling various fund raises including equity, preference, Tier-II bonds, debentures and term loans

- Pitching to various new investors and co-ordinate on the capital raise rounds Liaising with existing equity investors on capital raise

2) Investor Relations:

- Handling stake-holder queries and conducting regular investor meetings

- Interacting with Rating agencies

3) Planning and Re-engineering

- An annual budgeting and planning process

- Leading re-engineering opportunities that result in cost savings o Looking ahead with a rolling monthly / quarterly view

- Examining suggestions from the Strategic Investment Committee

4) Regulatory:

- Working along with the Controller during RBI regulatory inspections

- Heading the Committee for Asset Liability Management

5) Transactional:

- Finance lead for sales of non-performing assets to asset reconstruction companies and structured transactions such as DA/PTC
