Head - HNI - High Net Worth Individual Our client in is the Development sector / NGO and are looking out for the Head-HNI,Mumbai.The position would be reporting to Head Fundraising. His role would be to implement a growth strategy focusing on High Net Worth Individuals and ensure that CIF's fundraising targets are met through innovative approaches such as High profile events/ campaigns and Face to Face solicitations The incumbent would be responsible for : 1.Fundraising : - Responsible for ensuring the income targets from HNWI are met by securing large donations and other income bearing opportunities, targets as per agreement with the Head of Fundraising as part of the fundraising plan. - Budget management including budget forecasting and analysis of the Philanthropy budget within the overall fundraising budget. - Maintain and develop existing relationships with prospects through effective donor relationship management (stewardship) including the writing of compelling proposals, informative and timely updates and reports, phone calls, face to face meetings visits etc. - Ensure that all HNWI prospects have an appropriate relationship with CIF making full use of trustees, the ED and other SMT colleagues as appropriate. - Identify research, plan and engage new HNWI leads, growing the pipeline of new prospects with proper data mining techniques with a view to securing five and six figure relationships. - Represent Organisation at key external meetings/conferences/receptions, Events etc. 2.Marketing & Communications: - Lead and develop a narrative and proposals that would attract funding on a range of issues by developing the right products for HNI donors - Develop correspondence of the highest level and create relevant and inspiring collateral for targeting of prospects. - Anchor the process of concept note and Proposal development in consultation with all stake holders. - Ensure innovative use of Campaigns, Events, IT and other innovative approaches strengthening Organisation's brand in India 3.Team Management: - Set fund raising priorities, goals, budget and quarterly action plans for the team and support them to implement their individual fundraising plan to achieve targets. - Monitor the process of day-to-day administration of fundraising team, agencies, including tracking and updating target vs achievement. - Plan the performance management rhythm of the team as per performance review prescribed by HR. - Ensure the right skills and resources are in place to deliver against the fund raising plan 4.Reports and donor Management: - Develop monthly data reports and analysis to track progress towards goals. - Maintain accurate and up to date records on all interactions with HNI using the Orgn Tracker and other tools. - Create and support initiatives for donor retention programs such as donor visits, campaigns and events, etc. to promote long-term funding support 5. Miscellanous: - Work with corporate fundraising unit and Individual fundraising unit to data mine HNI donors or work on upgrading to HNI donors - Network with other fundraising verticals for coordinated fundraising across all channels Those have releavant HNI experience in Development Sector should only apply within 7 days or earlier.
