2 To borrow effectively from banks and money market at cheaper cost

3 Advise Senior Management on loans, liquidity and investments

4 Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.

5 Actively participate in ALCO with respect to the company's ALM and Liquidity

6 Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modelling.

7 Work closely with the risk and compliance team of the firm and keep a close watch for all risk parameters associated with the treasury function

Profile - 

- You will be a treasury professional, currently working at a senior level in the treasury department of an NBFC or bank, with at least 20 years of experience. You should have relevant experience in fund raising across banking and capital markets, with experience in leading a team. You should have in depth knowledge of the regulatory guidelines pertaining to treasury, and must have good knowledge of ALM.

- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market news & macroeconomic indicators are critical to this role. Excellent networking skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
