Our client is a large European Bank and a major Financial Services company which has a substantial global presence.It is the leading French bank and a major bank in the European zone.
Now, we have the following opening for Head - Functional Knowledge Management with the above mentioned client for their Development Center in Bangalore.
Accountabilities
ABCD KM Portal - Adherence to the guidelines
Structured KM
- Content adherence to guidelines
- Enablement and drive to create more contents
KM Community Governance
Enablement and support to KM Communities
Consolidation of KM Communities
Manage the events adhering to the information security policies and guidelines. Information security team needs to consulted whenever required.
Formation of new communities like Lean, Agile & PM community in the organization.
Governance of FKM
Major Activities
- FKM head is responsible to operate the Ask smoothly in adherence to the guidelines
- Any questions asked should be responded within 24hrs time. Track the SMEs to adhere to this rule
- Approval of articles published under Contribute
- Content creation & delivery on time
- Review and approve the content after checking the
- Quality of content
- Adherence to the guidelines
- Publish it under appropriate domain.
- Support SMEs to identify topics and publish the contents in KM Portal
- KM Events of Communities like BA, Patsala, FLC need to be consolidated into single calendar and should be a single point of contact to the CKM (Corporate KM) team
- Enablement and support to the SMEs to organize KM events.
- Organize meetings with FKM Sponsor on a periodical basis to encourage the content providers (SMEs)/SPOCs, based on the Sponsors suggestions from new communities which are strategically important for the organization
- Organize and conduct meetings with SPOCs to review the progress and take corrective actions.
- Any violation to the information security or copy rights if identified by the audience or by any other staff shall be immediately brought to the notice to either the CKM head for immediate rectifications.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation, Master degree is preferable
Functional Skills
- Good Knowledge in Banking domain
- Experience in managing transversal programmes to engage people and govern the process efficiently
Behavioral Skills
- Good communication skills in both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Capable of networking with people quickly
- Comfortable in interactions with senior management
- Relevant and total years of Experience
- 7-12+ years in any of the IT/BPO of banking functions in a similar role with strong experience in Change Management and Process Improvement in the KM Space.
