Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders operations, underwriter etc. to ensure completion and decision for all the applications.
- Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders such as customers, TPA, distribution partners to ensure completion and decision for all the applications.
- Hiring, training, coaching and leading call centre representatives to ensure maximum completion of the logged cases and quick decision making.
- Ensure compliance is followed throughout the process and any miss is reported to appropriate authority at the earliest
- The processes should be completed as per the TATs
Job Specifications :
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or master's degree
- Preferred qualification - Post graduation in management
Experience :
- 10+ years' experience with 5+ years' experience in managing call centre.
- Past experience in setting up and successfully running call centre.
- Candidates with experience of life insurance or insurance intermediaries like Policybazaar, Paytm, etc. will be preferred.
- Past experience in hiring and setting up the processes will be preferred.
